Roberto Leigh

Roberto Leigh is a Director in the European Energy and Renewables group, based in London. Roberto joined Lazard in 2023.

Roberto has extensive sector knowledge, as well as M&A and private capital investment experience. Roberto has advised or invested on over €35bn of completed
transactions.

Roberto has 8 years of experience as a power and infrastructure sector focused M&A banker and 10 years of experience as a power, renewables and infrastructure
investor. Roberto has advised or invested on over €35bn of completed transactions. Previously Roberto served as Head of M&A at Enfoca (largest Peruvian private
equity firm), Director of Business Development at Inkia Energy (now owned by I Squared Capital) and Vice President at the EMEA Energy & Power at Bank of
America Merrill Lynch.

Roberto holds an MBA with concentration in finance from London Business School and a BA in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacifico (Peru)
