Rosalind has more than 9 years’ experience in M&A in the renewable energy and clean technology sectors with a focus on UK and Europe. She has advised on more than 4.5GW of completed renewable energy power transactions including offshore and onshore wind, solar and biomass technologies. Her clean technology expertise includes ‘behind the meter’ storage and battery manufacture technologies. Rosalind holds a B.Sc in Genetics from the University of Edinburgh and a Graduate Diploma in Law. She was called to the Bar in 2009, and was awarded the Jules Thorn scholarship by Middle Temple.
