Kevin O’Donovan

Kevin O’Donovan is a Senior Vice-President with Statkraft, heading up the wind, solar, battery and grid services business for Ireland and the UK. When Element Power was acquired by Statkraft in 2018, Kevin was appointed Managing Director of Statkraft Ireland. He has led an-ever-growing team in Ireland since. Statkraft is currently constructing over 400MW of renewable projects, manages the wind assets of a further 500MW and has an impressive development portfolio of almost 4GW in its pipeline. It has expertise across a wide range of technologies including onshore and offshore wind, solar, grid system services and battery storage. Kevin studied Engineering in UCC and holds a master’s degree in renewable energy.
