Henrik Urbansky

Henrik has more than 10 years of experience in clean energy investment and advisory working with a number of renewable energy project developers and investment funds. He has worked on numerous investments in wind, solar and biomass across Europe. Henrik was involved in all aspects of investing, ranging from transaction origination to deal structuring, the negotiation of acquisition and project agreements, project financing and exits. Henrik began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Germany, focusing on tax structures for corporate and private clients. Henrik holds a degree in Legal Studies from the University of Lüneburg in Germany and an MBA from the University at Buffalo in the United States.
