David Caine
Project Director ERM Dolphyn
David Caine is a Partner at ERM with a background in Oil and Gas and Energy Transition. He is a Chartered Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has been involved with the development of a number of high profile zero carbon energy projects, including the ERM Dolphyn project. David has been developing the ERM Dolphyn concept since its inception and sits on the Project Board.
