Chris Bowden is the founder and Managing Director of Squeaky®, an energy marketplace that enables corporate businesses and public sector organisations to buy 100% clean electricity directly from UK-based solar, wind and hydro generators in an efficient, cost-effective way using a unique combination of expertise, software and contracts.
Chris has over 30 years’ experience in the energy sector and is passionate about creating innovative buying and selling solutions. Before launching Squeaky Chris founded and was CEO of two other companies in the energy market, including Spenceram, a company that advised pension funds on investing in renewable energy, and Utilyx, the UKs largest buyer of electricity for large corporate consumers and the pioneer of Europe’s first corporate PPA in 2008.
