Sam Goss
Head of Investments Octopus Energy Generation
Sam leads the Investments Team at Octopus Energy Generation (OEGen), where he is responsible for scaling up deployment across core renewable generation technologies globally.
Sam has over 20 years of experience in investments, and has been in renewables since 2010. Prior to joining OEGen in 2014, Sam was an investment director at Platina Partners. In his early career, Sam made growth capital, turnaround and buyout investments in Latin America, China, France and the UK. Sam holds a BSc in Geography with Economics from the London School of Economics, an MSc in Economics for Development from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.
