
Francois-Xavier Touzard
Francois-Xavier (Frank) Touzard is the Head of Project and Infrastructure Finance EMEA at Kookmin Bank, the largest bank in Korea and a key player in financing the renewable energy revolution.
Frank leverages over 15 years of investment banking experience across EMEA infrastructure and energy (gained at institutions like Moody’s, Nord/LB, and Intesa Sanpaolo) to lead Kookmin Bank’s significant investments in the sector.
He now spearheads Kookmin Bank’s growth in financing a diverse range of sustainable projects, including Energy from Waste plants, waste recycling facilities/circular economy, onshore and offshore wind farms, battery storage solutions and the electrification of transport.
Passionate about fostering both a sustainable future and the next generation of talent, Frank is a dedicated mentor with Young Women into Finance (YWIF) and a JEDI advocate. He is also an enthusiastic sportsman with a keen interest in art and creativity.
Frank holds a Master in Finance, Accounting and Audit from the Université d’Auvergne (France), UK CIMA chartered accountant and Master in Renewable Energy from the Renewable Energy Institute.
