Dan Kyle Spearman is a Director at RCG, heading up the floating offshore wind team. Dan has a background in naval architecture with 10 years of fixed and floating offshore wind experience, having been involved in the technical, operational and commercial areas of offshore wind. In particular, he has focussed on working with the industry to reduce the cost and risks to enable the future commercial-scale floating wind projects.
