Benjamin is Head of New Technologies, Energy, Corporate Finance at ING where he focuses predominantly on the Hydrogen, Biofuels, CCUS and Battery Storage sectors. Prior to joining ING, Ben spent four years as a Principal at Prostar Capital, a Private Equity firm, focused on Energy transactions in OECD countries. Previously Ben was Head of Oil & Gas at Investec Bank and a Senior Vice President at Macquarie where he acted as broker and M&A advisor to a large number of London-listed Oil & Gas energy companies and completed a number of high profile public M&A transactions. He holds a BSC in Banking & Internal Finance and is also a Founder, Trustee and Member of the Day One Trust, a multi-academy trust with two 16-19 state schools.
